As this high-growth, product‑led technology business continues to scale globally, it is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to own and elevate the people agenda for its Product function. This role partners closely with the Chief Product Officer and senior Product leadership to unlock performance, accelerate growth and enable sustained innovation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded People Partner who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants to shape how world‑class Product teams are built, led and scaled.
The Opportunity
You will lead the global people strategy for Product, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a critical voice at the table. With a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, you will help build a high‑performance, people‑first culture that supports ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the people strategy for the Product function, tightly aligned to business and growth objectives.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer and senior Product leaders to design and deliver progressive talent, engagement and succession strategies.
- Lead core people initiatives across compensation, performance, organisational design and workforce planning.
- Design, embed and evolve the Product Performance Framework, driving clarity, accountability and consistent high performance.
- Act as a senior advisor on complex employee relations matters, coaching C‑suite leaders with confidence and credibility.
- Leverage people data and insights to inform decision‑making and continuously optimise people solutions.
Experience & Capability
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior HRBP or People Partner within a scaling technology or consultancy environment supporting technology clients.
- Direct, hands‑on experience supporting Product teams and building job architecture at scale.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge and partner effectively with senior leadership and C‑suite.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and building high‑performance, accountable cultures.
- Agile, commercially astute and solutions‑focused, comfortable operating in ambiguity and pace.
Salary up to ÂŁ100,000 plus 15% bonus. 25 days annual leave, birthday off, plus the option to buy or sell holiday. Private healthcare including dental and optical. Work from anywhere for up to two months per year.
