Executive Assistant – Maternity Cover (8 months)

£50,000 - £51,000 plus private healthcare, wellness and L&D allowance

Farringdon, London | Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday in-office

This is a unique opportunity to support the CEO of a paced, globally scaling organisation. This is a diary heavy role, and best suited to a proactive EA who can think ahead and manage up.

As EA to the CEO, you’ll be a linchpin across teams, navigating high-level demands with calm confidence and commercial sensitivity. You’ll be a trusted partner, organised, proactive, and able to anticipate the needs of those you support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and manage complex, fast-moving executive calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee global travel and logistics in collaboration with the internal Travel Manager.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, slide decks, and tracking documents for leadership updates.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track priorities, actions and deliverables to closure with precision and integrity.
  • Lead on ad hoc assignments and high-impact projects for the executive team.

About you:

  • You have 3-5 years' experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • You are highly organised with excellent time management, judgement and discretion.
  • You are calm under pressure and confident managing shifting priorities.
  • You are comfortable working globally and across cultures and time zones.
  • You are skilled in building and reviewing executive-ready documents and communications.
  • You prize how trustworthy you are, and can handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
