This is a unique opportunity to support the CEO of a paced, globally scaling organisation. This is a diary heavy role, and best suited to a proactive EA who can think ahead and manage up.
As EA to the CEO, you’ll be a linchpin across teams, navigating high-level demands with calm confidence and commercial sensitivity. You’ll be a trusted partner, organised, proactive, and able to anticipate the needs of those you support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and manage complex, fast-moving executive calendars across multiple time zones.
- Oversee global travel and logistics in collaboration with the internal Travel Manager.
- Prepare meeting agendas, slide decks, and tracking documents for leadership updates.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track priorities, actions and deliverables to closure with precision and integrity.
- Lead on ad hoc assignments and high-impact projects for the executive team.
About you:
- You have 3-5 years' experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- You are highly organised with excellent time management, judgement and discretion.
- You are calm under pressure and confident managing shifting priorities.
- You are comfortable working globally and across cultures and time zones.
- You are skilled in building and reviewing executive-ready documents and communications.
- You prize how trustworthy you are, and can handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
