We’re working with a global SaaS platform who are changing the face of e-commerce, and I’m looking for a Talent Partner to support their growth. This is an opportunity to join a well-established TA function and step into a role with genuine breadth and exposure.
Based in London, you’ll be supporting hiring across both EMEA and the US, partnering closely with hiring managers and owning roles end-to-end.
The role:
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across a mix of commercial and technical roles
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and shape approach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Work across different time zones, balancing priorities and managing your own workflow
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment (in-house or a mix of agency + in-house)
- Exposure to hiring across different functions (e.g. GTM, tech, or both)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach
- Interest in or experience supporting US hiring is highly beneficial
