We’re partnering with one of Europe’s most successful fintech scale-ups, who are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead with a strong high volume sales hiring background. This is a high-impact role, working closely with the Head of Sales to drive the growth and development of the commercial organisation. You’ll play a critical role in building out high-performing sales teams, while also helping to scale and evolve the wider Talent function.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, driving performance and delivery
- Own end-to-end hiring across high-volume Sales roles, ensuring targets are met at pace
- Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Build and optimise scalable recruitment processes aligned to a high-growth environment
- Use data and reporting to track performance and improve hiring outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent market insights and hiring challenges
- Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience
- Take a more strategic look at the team and implement change where necessary
You’ll Be Great for This Role If
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in high volume sales environments
- Background in fintech, tech, or other fast-scaling businesses
- Strong track record of delivering against ambitious hiring targets
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior level
- Data-driven, with experience improving processes and hiring efficiency
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience supporting international or multi-market hiring
- Exposure to both technical and non-technical recruitment
- Experience scaling TA functions through periods of rapid growth
