As they enter this next phase of growth, they are looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead to build and scale the talent infrastructure needed to support ambitious hiring plans across engineering, operations and corporate functions. The Opportunity

You will design, build and optimise recruitment operations across the business, creating scalable systems and processes that enable exceptional hiring outcomes whilst maintaining a high bar for talent. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring the business can attract and hire the people required to deliver its long-term growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimise recruitment processes, assessment frameworks and hiring workflows.
  • Build scalable talent pipelines across technical and operational functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment systems, reporting and candidate experience.
  • Manage multiple strategic hiring programmes simultaneously.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to deliver hiring objectives.
  • Coordinate external recruitment partners where required.
