As they enter this next phase of growth, they are looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead to build and scale the talent infrastructure needed to support ambitious hiring plans across engineering, operations and corporate functions. The Opportunity

  • You will design, build and optimise recruitment operations across the business, creating scalable systems and processes that enable exceptional hiring outcomes whilst maintaining a high bar for talent.
  • Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring the business can attract and hire the people required to deliver its long-term growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimise recruitment processes, assessment frameworks and hiring workflows.
  • Build scalable talent pipelines across technical and operational functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment systems, reporting and candidate experience.
  • Manage multiple strategic hiring programmes simultaneously.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to deliver hiring objectives.
  • Coordinate external recruitment partners where required.
