Talent Partner - Fintech - GTM

Your Role

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the UK, managing high-volume and business-critical hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards and market-specific channels.
  • Run structured, efficient hiring processes that balance speed with quality, ensuring a consistently strong candidate experience.
  • Screen and assess candidates against clear capability, behavioural and performance criteria aligned to frontline and commercial excellence.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, offers and pre-hire checks to ensure timely and well-informed hiring decisions.
  • Use data to track recruitment performance, including time-to-hire, funnel conversion and quality signals, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, challenge assumptions where needed and set clear expectations around profiles, process and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to standardise processes, share best practices and support peak hiring periods.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, helping position the organisation as an attractive employer for GTM and frontline talent.

You’ll Likely Have

  • Proven experience recruiting for GTM, frontline or operational roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining structure, prioritisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong sourcing capability, with confidence engaging candidates directly in competitive markets.
  • Pragmatic and delivery-focused — you enjoy filling roles, maintaining momentum and unblocking hiring challenges.
  • Confident partnering with hiring managers, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive clarity around what \"good\" looks like.
  • Data-aware and process-oriented, with an interest in improving hiring efficiency and quality over time.
  • Strong communication skills and a candidate-centric mindset.
