Now they're looking for their first dedicated talent hire. This is an opportunity to help build a company from the ground up by identifying, engaging and hiring exceptional people across engineering, software, operations, manufacturing, commercial and leadership functions.
You'll work directly with founders and senior leaders, helping shape not only who joins the business, but how the organisation evolves as it scales. As the Founding Talent Lead, you'll own talent acquisition end-to-end and play a critical role in shaping the company's future.
- Building relationships with high-calibre engineers, operators and leaders
- Partnering with founders and hiring managers on organisational design and hiring priorities
- Helping define the talent bar and culture as the company grows
This is a rare opportunity for someone who sees talent as a strategic advantage rather than an operational function.
- Strong recruiting, sourcing or talent acquisition experience
- A track record of successfully attracting and closing high-calibre talent
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing or operational talent would be highly advantageous, although mindset and capability matter more than sector experience.
