Still early in its journey, the company has secured significant backing, assembled an exceptional leadership team and has a clear vision to build a category-defining business with global ambitions. Now they're looking for their first dedicated talent hire.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. This is an opportunity to help build a company from the ground up by identifying, engaging and hiring exceptional people across engineering, software, operations, manufacturing, commercial and leadership functions. You'll work directly with founders and senior leaders, helping shape not only who joins the business, but how the organisation evolves as it scales.

The Opportunity

As the Founding Talent Lead, you'll own talent acquisition end-to-end and play a critical role in shaping the company's future. You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying exceptional people before everyone else does
  • Building relationships with high-calibre engineers, operators and leaders
  • Designing and executing hiring strategies across multiple functions
  • Partnering with founders and hiring managers on organisational design and hiring priorities
  • Creating scalable recruiting processes, systems and candidate experiences
  • Helping define the talent bar and culture as the company grows
