We're partnering with a high-growth B2B energy technology business looking for a Senior Talent Partner to play a key role in the next phase of their evolution. You'll partner with leaders across the Engineering function to shape hiring strategies, influence workforce planning and drive continuous improvement across the talent lifecycle. The business is entering a significant transformation phase, creating a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving and influencing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Leading end-to-end hiring across technical functions
  • Supporting workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives
  • Improving hiring processes, governance and decision-making
  • Driving quality of hire and candidate experience improvements
  • Using data and insight to influence hiring strategy
  • Building trusted relationships across People, Finance and Leadership teams

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within B2B SaaS businesses (a must)
  • Experience recruiting within software engineering, data, cybersecurity & product
  • Strong Talent Partner or Talent Acquisition Partner background
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience supporting growth, transformation or change initiatives
  • Ability to operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on
  • Commercial mindset and strong business acumen
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
