Overview: My client are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Global Head of Talent to lead and evolve our Talent Acquisition strategy across Europe. This is a highly strategic leadership role, responsible for building a world-class talent function that enables ambitious growth plans across multiple markets. The successful individual will partner closely with executive leadership to define and execute talent strategies that support business objectives whilst maintaining an exceptional hiring bar. The role will have a particular focus on scaling Go-To-Market functions across Europe, whilst also providing strategic leadership across broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
