Job Description

Senior Talent Partner - GTM - Series C/Fintech

\n

Location: London

\n

\n

4 days per week in the office

\n

\n

We are supporting a high-growth scale-up looking to appoint an ambitious Talent Partner to take ownership of hiring across its UK GTM organisation.

\n

\n

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who knows how to identify and attract exceptional commercial talent at pace, while never compromising on quality. You’ll primarily recruit across Sales and wider GTM positions, partnering closely with senior commercial leaders as the business continues to grow.

\n

\n

We’re looking for someone who genuinely stands out from the crowd. You’ll be a strong recruiter and sourcer, but equally someone who wants to operate more strategically and think beyond simply filling vacancies.

\n

\n

A key part of the role will be mapping the market, understanding where the best talent sits and proactively building relationships with individuals before a vacancy even exists. You’ll be encouraged to think creatively about sourcing and use AI, automation and the latest recruitment technology to identify and engage the top 1% of talent in the market.

\n

\n

You’ll also use recruitment data and market intelligence to help leaders make better hiring decisions, identifying where talent sits, understanding competitor activity and continually improving the way the business attracts and assesses people.

\n

\n

We’re looking for someone who:

\n

\n

    \n
  • Has strong GTM/commercial recruitment experience, particularly across Sales.
  • \n

  • Has worked within a fast-paced scale-up environment and understands the pace, ambiguity and changing priorities that come with rapid growth.
  • \n

  • Can manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for talent.
  • \n

  • Is an excellent direct sourcer and market mapper who enjoys finding people others struggle to reach.
  • \n

  • Is genuinely interested in AI, automation and recruitment technology, and how these tools can transform sourcing and talent acquisition.
  • \n

  • Wants to move beyond simply managing requisitions and become a strategic Talent Partner to the business.
  • \n

  • Can provide leaders with market intelligence and talent insights, helping shape hiring strategies rather than simply executing them.
  • \n

  • Ideally has some early careers experience, whether that’s graduate, intern or entry-level hiring, and understands how to build strong pipelines of emerging talent.
  • \n

  • Can think creatively about early careers attraction, identifying future talent and helping build scalable approaches to bringing high-potential individuals into the organisation.
  • \n

  • Is confident partnering with and challenging senior commercial leaders when necessary.
  • \n

  • Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple searches and hiring campaigns simultaneously.
  • \n

  • Has a genuine builder mentality – someone who wants to improve processes, experiment with new approaches and create a more scalable and sophisticated talent function.
  • \n

\n

\n

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who is curious, ambitious and passionate about finding exceptional talent – someone who wants the freedom to think differently, embrace new technology and help build a best-in-class approach to GTM recruitment.
