We’re partnering with one of Europe’s most successful fintech scale-ups, who are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead with a strong high volume sales hiring background. This is a high-impact role, working closely with the Head of Sales to drive the growth and development of the commercial organisation. You’ll play a critical role in building out high-performing sales teams, while also helping to scale and evolve the wider Talent function.

- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in high volume sales env
- Background in fintech, tech, or other fast-scaling b
- Strong track record of delivering against ambitious hirin
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at sen
- Data-driven, with experience improving processes and hiring e
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving env
- Experience supporting international or multi-mark
- Exposure to both technical and non-technical re
- Experience scaling TA functions through periods of rap
