Team Assistant / PA required to join a leading international investment and asset management firm based at their London head office in Mayfair. Close to Bond Street and Oxford Circus tube stations.
Working collaboratively with the wider support team the Team Assistant will be responsible for looking after the Equities team working up to Managing Director level. This role is very fast paced and focused on organising the team and clearing the path for them to excel at their international roles.
Looking for:
- 3 years prior Team Assistant or PA experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast paced and corporate environment
- Experience of booking complex international travel is highly desired
- Someone team focused, hard working, with a good sense of humour who will see this role as a step up in their career
- A secretarial qualification would be preferred but isn’t essential
