Unique opportunity for an ambitious PA/EA, Business Administrator or Client Support specialist to step into a Project Management role working for an award winning Executive Search firm in London's West End. This role does not require prior sector experience.
The role includes:
- Attending client briefings and catch up calls, acting as an extension of the team to ensure key milestones are met
- Overseeing senior level external stakeholder experience (often board level) from end to end, scheduling interviews, assessments and ensuring they have a white glove experience.
- Ensuring all documents send out to clients and candidates are in the appropriate format
- Managing the invoicing process alongside reporting
- EA duties to the Lead Partner including diary management, events, travel, prep for meetings and expenses
- Providing strategic support throughout search processes
We are looking for:
- Someone bright, confident and engaging, with a drive to progress their career in a fast paced, corporate environment
- At least 3 years experience in a fast paced professional setting
- Ideally degree educated or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoke English and strong IT skills
