Newly created opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to join the busy internal Talent Resourcing team of a leading international law firm, supporting recruitment at Partner level. Working alongside three Resourcing Managers, you will play an integral role in the delivery of lateral Partner recruitment campaigns, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across the firm and supporting searches from initial business case through to successful hire.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting HR and Finance Business Partners and Practice Leads with the preparation of business cases for Partner hires
  • Conducting market mapping and competitor research to support recruitment activity
  • Managing the candidate experience from end to end, ensuring prospective Partner hires receive a professional and high-touch experience throughout
  • Coordinating complex interview processes across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Providing recruitment support and guidance to Practice Groups to help drive successful hiring outcomes
  • Managing relationships with executive search firms and recruitment agencies, including coordinating briefings and overseeing contracts and terms
  • Supporting the wider Resourcing team with recruitment projects and initiatives as required

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused and results-driven individual who is confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities. Experience within the legal sector or a professional services environment would be highly advantageous, alongside strong communication, coordination and relationship-management skills. It is essential that you have prior experience of market mapping in an in-house or recruitment agency role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within senior-level talent acquisition, gaining valuable exposure to Partner recruitment within a leading international law firm.
