Project focused, client facing role working for a leading International Executive Search firm based near Covent Garden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to support a team of head hunters within their Professional Services practice, focused on board and executive level hires in this sector. A wonderful long term opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of a Search but who would like to either steer clear of, or step away from a fee earning/direct sales position. Working closely with the Senior Partner for Professional Services Sector.
Duties will include:
- Market Intelligence: Gathering data on industry trends, compensation, competitor shifts.
- Project Management: Managing logistical details of search assignments from briefing calls to drafting position profiles.
- Managing Candidate Assessments: Supporting with creating candidate long and short lists.
- Market Mapping: Analysing the competitor landscape, organisational structures and identifying where potential target candidates sit.
- Database Management.
This role is well suited to someone who is analytical and inquisitive, who has strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience across any of the following: Recruitment or Executive Search experience working with clients across Professional Services. Experience of working within a leading professional services firm, law or accountancy being the preference, with a commercial focus. It is essential that you have strong academics, ideally at degree level.
This role is being recruited at two levels with the salary reflecting the level of experience. For senior Researcher this role will pay up to c.£60k but will require at least 4 years experience at that level. They are also willing to consider bright graduates with some relevant experience at the c.£40k mark. There is also a generous benefit package, hybrid work model and a generous performance related bonus.
