A leading executive search firm is looking for a Researcher to join its growing Central London office.

The role
- Provide research support for a portfolio of live mandates
- Support fee earners with pitch preparation, presentations and business intelligence
- Market Mapping and Market Intelligence
- Produce high-quality, insightful and robust written work
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with senior stakeholders - clients, candidates and colleagues
- Manage competing priorities and expectations across multiple assignments
- Collaborate on company-wide projects and support colleagues as needed
About you
- 1+ years' experience in a research, client-facing or similar role. Experience dealing with C-suite clients, particularly CFOs, is highly advantageous
- Excellent research skills with a naturally inquisitive, analytical mindset
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in business
