A leading law firm is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its partner-level hiring function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to gain exposure to senior-level recruitment within a prestigious professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of an exceptional, structured recruitment journey for senior-level candidates, from introduction through to onboarding
  • Coordinating with external recruitment agents
  • Maintaining accurate records of agency agreements and recruitment activity, and handling related queries
  • Assisting with the preparation of business cases for senior hires, gathering data on team structures, financial performance and market trends
  • Supporting candidates and internal stakeholders through recruitment documentation and compliance requirements
  • Contributing to market mapping and research to identify potential talent and market trends
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and Finance colleagues to support strategic recruitment decisions

Qualifications

  • Experience in a recruitment, coordination or resourcing role, ideally within legal or professional services
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market research techniques
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
