A leading law firm is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its partner-level hiring function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to gain exposure to senior-level recruitment within a prestigious professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of an exceptional, structured recruitment journey for senior-level candidates, from introduction through to onboarding
- Coordinating with external recruitment agents
- Maintaining accurate records of agency agreements and recruitment activity, and handling related queries
- Assisting with the preparation of business cases for senior hires, gathering data on team structures, financial performance and market trends
- Supporting candidates and internal stakeholders through recruitment documentation and compliance requirements
- Contributing to market mapping and research to identify potential talent and market trends
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and Finance colleagues to support strategic recruitment decisions
Qualifications
- Experience in a recruitment, coordination or resourcing role, ideally within legal or professional services
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market research techniques
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
