Proactive and team focused Property Manager required to join a collaborative team in delivering a seamless service to clients across prime residential properties in Central London.
As the Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations schedule of a team, manage supplier relationships, provide support for any immediate issues, troubleshooting and providing fast and effective solutions. You will also be responsible for overseeing pre-emptive and ongoing maintenance for properties in the portfolio, working closely with HNW clients and suppliers to ensure a quality service is delivered.
This role is hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office near Parsons Green, SouthWest London (albeit often out visiting properties across London) and 2 days a week working from home.
It is essential that you have at least 1-2 years experience within Property Management. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, detail orientated and able to work well under pressure. A passion for beautiful prime resi property is ideal!
