- Coordinating Executive Search projects from initial briefing through to completion
- Managing the end-to-end experience for senior and Board-level candidates, including scheduling interviews and assessments and ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience throughout
- Acting as a key point of contact between clients, candidates, the Lead Partner and internal search teams
- Providing strategic and administrative support throughout the search process
- Preparing and formatting high-quality client and candidate documentation
- Managing project reporting and coordinating the invoicing process
- Providing EA support to the Lead Partner, including complex diary management, travel, events, meeting preparation and expenses
