Project Coordinator working closely with the Operations and Consulting team at a leading Education Consultancy firm. This is a hybrid role working 1/2 days a week in the offices based in West London (Kensington/Hammersmith). This is a 14 month maternity cover (FTC) to start in July/August. This is a varied, client-facing role, with excellent scope for career progression in a boutique international consultancy.

Duties will include:

  • Project support:
    • Supporting with the end to end administration of briefs
    • Overseeing and maintaining monthly reports
    • Assisting with client and stakeholder communication and management
    • Supporting with finance admin, processing payments and updating the finance system
    • Onboarding new clients
  • Operations support:
    • Handling inbound client enquiries over the phone and email
    • Updating schedules for the Consulting team and external stakeholders
    • Supporting with Pro Bono work
    • Administrative support with client events

We are looking for someone bright, ambitious, with excellent communication skills. It is essential that you are educated to A level or equivalent (degree preferable), and possess at least 6 months administrative experience in a professional office environment. Character wise, someone team focused, empathetic and warm, with a positive and proactive approach is key.
