PA/OM required to work for a fantastic company in the sports industry. Based in the West End, this is a pivotal role for the team and office overseeing a variety of duties including:
- PA support to the SLT and the CEO when he is visiting
- Preparing for meetings, setting up catering, and hosting on the day
- Day to day office management and troubleshooting, liaising with building management when required
- Diary management, international travel coordination and expenses
- Working closely with the EA to the CEO and London based EA to the COO to provide a first class service to internal stakeholders and external visitors.
We are looking for someone polished, professional, who has an eye for detail and a warm personable approach. It is essential that you are team focused, that you have at least 2-3 years prior PA and office support experience, ideally in another dual role. This role is for a period of 3 months with a chance to be extended.
