Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading global company as PA to 4 senior partners, including and exciting new hire for the firm. Based in their Central London head offices this role will be a fast paced organisational role, providing complex diary management and travel coordination for the Partners.

Alongside this you will very much be the 'go to' for the team, acting as an interface between senior leadership and their key stakeholders both internally and externally. 

\\n\\n

We are looking for someone who is confident at leading the agenda for their boss, taking ownership of organisation and able to manage demanding stakeholders and clients. You will also be supporting the Partners with business administration for their clients which includes the billing lifecycle. The ideal PA will be able to pick this up seamlessly with prior experience of invoicing clients and liaising with them on a regular basis.

You will be working alongside some excellent PAs who support other Partners in the department, in a collaborative and friendly environment. The firm offers excellent benefits including a generous discretionary bonus and private health care, alongside scope for career progression.

This role is hybrid but it is essential that the successful hire is able to work from both their City and West End office when not working from home.
