Exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and pivotal support role, working for a leading brand at their London HQ. As the OM/PA you will be the ‘go to’ in the office when it comes to the day to day running of the space, working closely with the building managers. The space is used by the global Exec so it is essential that someone service driven, with an eye for detail and ability to ‘roll out the red carpet’ for the CEO when he is in London.
Alongside OM duties, this role also covers PA support to the senior leadership team in London, managing diaries and booking travel. You will be working in a sociable and friendly office; the team at all levels are down to earth and respectful. However, they are all incredibly busy and require someone who can work proactively and help cultivate a slick and happy working environment.
This role is initially being recruited on an ongoing temporary basis, so it is essential that you are on no more than 2 weeks notice.
