Super opportunity for a PA to support up to Office Managing Partner level at a leading international law firm.
Based in their Southampton office, this role will work alongside one other Admin Assistant providing support to a wonderful team of fee earners. Duties will include complex diary management, travel coordination, client relationship management and administration, billing, formatting documents and creating presentations via the London DPS team, and updating marketing materials. This is a super role for someone with PA experience in a professional setting.
Whilst the role is a 12 month maternity cover, there could be scope to extend and wider opportunities in the firm for the right person. You will also have access to the outstanding benefits the firm provides including private medical insurance and a discretionary bonus.
This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office. There is parking onsite.
