A newly created Legal PA role working for a highly regarded international law firm with a collaborative, ambitious and people-focused culture. You will be joining one of the most successful and fastest growing practices in the business in their Manchester office.
Supporting a particularly busy Partner and team of fee earners (8 in total), this is a varied and highly involved PA position, providing proactive support to a team of Partners and fee earners. Responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive diary management, forward planning and coordinating meetings and travel
- Organising complex travel arrangements and identifying cost-effective options
- Preparing meeting packs, itineraries and coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality
- Supporting fee earners with client billing, financial reports, matter balances and working capital
- Managing matter opening and closing processes, including engagement letters and matter specifications
- Supporting conflict checks, Client Due Diligence and Client Matter Inception processes
- Working closely with Business Development on events, conferences, CRM administration, pitches and tenders
- Supporting Client Relationship Partners with meetings, events and client reporting
- Coordinating document production and wider administrative support
- Ensuring files and matters are managed accurately and in line with the firm's compliance procedures
