Overview
Newly created opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to join a busy internal Talent Resourcing team working for a leading International Law Firm at Partner level. The Resourcing coordinator will be an integral part of the team, working alongside 3 Managers and supporting with lateral partner recruitment campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Supporting HR, Finance Business Partners and Practice leads with the preparation of business cases for Partner hires
- Market mapping and competitor research
- Managing the candidate experience from end to end for potential Partner hires
- Coordinating interviews
- Advisory support to practice groups to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
- Managing relationships with executive search and recruitment agencies, overseeing and coordinating briefings and managing contracts
Requirements / Qualifications
We are looking for a detail focused and results driven individual; ideally has experience within the legal sector or professional services.
Contract
Ideally you will be immediately available or on short notice. The role is being hired as either a 6.9 or 12 month FTC depending on the candidate's preference.
