Project Manager

Working alongside a highly successful team of Search professionals, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of retained search assignments, acting as the central point of coordination between Partners, clients, candidates and the wider search team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys managing multiple workstreams, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Offering significant client exposure and a varied workload, this role would suit someone looking to develop their career within executive search or professional services.

The Role

  • Providing high-level executive support to the Lead Partner, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, expenses and event coordination.
  • Coordinating executive search assignments from briefing through to completion, ensuring milestones, deadlines and project deliverables remain on track.
  • Attending client briefing meetings, organising regular project update calls and capturing key actions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, candidates and internal search teams throughout each assignment.
  • Scheduling interviews, candidate assessments and client meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Partner's business development activity, maintaining the CRM system and assisting with market research.
  • Producing, formatting and quality-checking client reports, presentations and other business documentation.
  • Ensuring an exceptional level of service is delivered to both clients and candidates throughout the search process.

About You

  • At least

3 years' experience within a fast-paced professional environment.

  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
