Role Overview: PA to Managing Partner and 4 Partners at a leading international firm in their Southampton Office. This is a truly varied and involved role supporting fee earners with diary and inbox management, international travel coordination, client onboarding, client entertainment, marketing and events support.

Working closely with the London Head office’s DMS team, you will ensure a timely and high quality output of legal documents and presentations, as well as overseeing expenses and billing for the office.

We are looking for a personable and competent PA or Team Assistant, ideally with professional services experience. It is essential that you have attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Whilst this is a 12 month maternity cover, there are wider opportunities at this global firm long term, for the right person. Office pattern is 3 days a week in the office with 2 days a week working from home.
