Exciting opportunity for a bright graduate with transferable skills to join an award winning Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm based in London's West End. Due to business demand the company are growing their delivery team to work closely with Consultants and Partners to support on Executive level hiring mandates across a range of sectors.
Working in an office of c.100 colleagues, 3 days a week with 2 days a week working from home. The company culture is ambitious, team focused and fast paced. They take pride in their ability to build and grow talent internally with excellent scope for progression right the way through to Partner level.
As a Researcher duties will include:
- Gathering market intelligence data on industry trends, comp, competitor shifts
- Working with the PA/Project Coordinator to oversee the logistical details of search assignments from briefing calls to drafting position profiles
- Supporting with creating potential candidate long lists, the consultants tend to pick up at 'short listing' but this is something that the successful can progress into with experience
- Analyzing the competitor landscape, org structures and identifying where potential target candidates sit
- Proactively coming up with new ideas and supporting the Partner to creatively work on briefs
Requirements:
- Bright graduate with strong academics, an eye for detail and excellent written and spoken English
- Ideally some demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment with senior level or high net worth clients
- A curious mind who thinks outside of the box and enjoys a strategic project
- Someone ambitious who is looking for a career with a clear progression route
Location: Central London, West End (Hybrid working, 2 days a week from home)
Hours: 9 - 6pm, Researchers need to be flexible as Partners can work outside of hours occasionally when working on briefs
