A well-established International Executive Search firm is seeking a Researcher to support its high-performing team. This is a great opportunity to apply your professional services knowledge in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
The role: As Researcher, you will support senior search consultants across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Conducting market intelligence to gather data on industry trends, compensation and competitor activity
- Managing the logistical details of search assignments from initial briefing through to position profile drafting
- Building and managing long and short lists for active mandates
- Market mapping: analysing competitor landscapes, organisational structures and identifying target candidates
- Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database
About you:
- At least two years' experience in a relevant role; more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply as we are currently hiring for a senior and junior researcher
- Background in professional services (legal, accountancy or similar) — either in a recruitment, business development or client-facing capacity
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
- Degree educated
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
