Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working alongside another Executive Assistant, this is an exceptional opportunity to support a highly successful Ultra-High-Net-Worth CEO within a leading international finance business based in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, combining traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with elements of Private PA support. You will be responsible for managing an ever-changing diary, coordinating complex international travel, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's professional affairs. Alongside this, you will assist with a range of personal matters, including family travel arrangements, oversight of residential properties, insurance management and other lifestyle-related requirements.
The CEO's office operates as a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, where discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are paramount. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly and executed to the highest possible standard.

About You

Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- The ability to take direction whilst also demonstrating initiative and proactivity
- Comfortable working from the office five days per week
- Flexibility to travel internationally on occasion, sometimes at short notice, alongside the CEO
- Experience supporting within a fast-paced corporate environment
Desirable
- A-level education (or equivalent)
- Secretarial, business administration or related professional qualifications
