Working alongside another Front of House professional, you will play a key role in creating a polished and welcoming environment for clients, visitors and colleagues, while also supporting the wider office with events, travel and administration.
The role will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a first-class experience from arrival
- Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are presented to the highest standard
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Coordinating couriers and deliveries
- Supporting the organisation of internal and external events
- Booking travel and assisting with itineraries
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Office Manager
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
We are looking for someone who is polished, personable and naturally service-driven, with the confidence to work in a busy, high-profile corporate environment. You may already have experience as a Receptionist or Front of House Coordinator within financial or professional services. Alternatively, we would be very interested in candidates coming from luxury hospitality, private aviation, cabin crew or yachting who are looking to transition into a corporate environment.
