A growing education consultancy is looking for a Client Manager to join the team on a maternity cover basis. If you thrive on building relationships and delivering a truly personalised service, this one's for you.

The role:

  • Manage end-to-end placements, working closely with the wider team to ensure the best possible match for each client
  • Deliver a bespoke, high-touch client experience throughout the service journey
  • Develop and manage ongoing client relationships
  • Oversee monthly reports
  • Manage client feedback, rate reviews and any complaints
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information
  • Promote and coordinate additional and complementary services across the client base

About you:

  • Experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within a service-led or education environment
  • Confident managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, personable and solutions-focused

Salary and benefits:
