Unique and exciting opportunity to provide right hand business and private support to a high profile entrepreneur in the entertainment and arts industry. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, this is not a typical private PA role as you will be working on projects on behalf of the principal across his portfolio of companies.
First and foremost, you will be the interface between the principal and all internal and external stakeholders including his household and private team (estate team, chefs, drivers etc.). You will need to take direction but also work out what is a priority and work closely with the CoS to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
There will be scope to travel ad hoc internationally with the principal, but the majority of time will be spent at the office in Central London - West End.
This role will suit someone ambitious, bright, hard working and able to turn their hand to anything. You must be a strong communicator, a good mediator and be comfortable with a limited level of rapport with the principal.
Hours can vary a lot with last minute ad hoc travel, but you will be well rewarded for hard work and looked after, with excellent scope for progression.
Prior experience of working with a HNWI in a varied private and business support role is essential. Experience of junior CoS roles or EA/Operations working with a creative entrepreneur could also work.
