You will be providing full support to include complex global travel and diary management, liaising with senior level external stakeholders, private PA duties and inbox management.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to take direction whilst also demonstrating initiative and proactivity
- Comfortable working from the office five days per week
- Experience supporting within a fast-paced corporate environment
