Reporting to the Chief of Staff, CEOs office and working alongside one other, this is an exceptional opportunity to support a highly successful Co-Founder/CEO within a leading international investment firm. This is a varied and fast-paced role, combining traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with elements of Private PA support. You will be responsible for managing an ever-changing diary, coordinating complex international travel, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's professional and personal affairs.
The CEO's office operates as a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, where discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are paramount. Reporting into the Chief of Staff and working closely with the wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly and executed to the highest possible standard.

About You
We are seeking a polished, proactive and highly dependable individual who enjoys operating at pace and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. You will be personable, calm under pressure and possess the emotional intelligence required to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- The ability to take direction whilst also demonstrating initiative and proactivity
- Comfortable working from the office five days per week
- Flexibility to travel internationally on occasion, sometimes at short notice, alongside the CEO
- Experience supporting within a fast-paced corporate environment
