A specialist executive search firm is looking for an EA / Project Manager to join its growing team. This is a pivotal, multi-faceted role for someone who thrives on structure, pace and variety.
The role:
- Acting as the driving force behind every live search, keeping each assignment organised, on schedule and fully documented.
- Attending client briefings and update calls as a core member of the search team, capturing actions and next steps.
- Coordinating search logistics end-to-end: kick-off meetings, client updates, candidate interview scheduling and debrief sessions.
- Preparing and quality-checking search documentation including role specs, candidate reports and progress packs.
- Maintaining CRM data across all assignments, ensuring records are accurate and current.
- Contributing to weekly Board packs, pipeline summaries and pitch documents.
- Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to a senior leader, including diary management, inbox triage and meeting preparation.
- Booking and managing travel arrangements and processing expenses.
- Coordinating internal meetings, team events and offsites.
About you:
- Previous experience in a Project Manager, PA, EA, Team Assistant or search/professional services coordination role is desirable.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive and anticipatory, with strong ownership of tasks through to completion.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Comfortable working with CRM/ATS systems and producing polished, accurate documentation.
- A collaborative team player who is calm and dependable under pressure.
