A true EA+ role! Varied and involved EA role providing right hand support to the CEO of a leading professional services practice alongside owning marketing, events and HR support. This position is a 12 month FTC to start in April. You will be working with a wonderful team in a friendly, sociable and fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Complex diary management and travel coordination for the CEO
- Correspondence, minutes and briefings
- Expenses for the CEO
- Overseeing the development and implementation of annual marketing plans alongside Directors
- Updating CRM and Events Management systems
- Oversee development and maintenance of Website working with an external agency
- Produce and distribute marketing collateral
- Organise and support client seminars and events (UK and abroad)
- Managing industry events and invitation acceptances
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, tracking staff absence, maintaining HR records, recruitment of administrative staff, onboarding, training and compliance
We are looking for someone who is very team focused, professional but down to earth and approachable. It is essential that you have at least 4 years experience in a varied business support role where you have supported Director level or above. Ideally you will have gained some HR or Marketing experience although this needn’t be extensive. This is a hybrid role, based in The City.
