Excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in the Resourcing side of HR, working for an international law firm based in The City. Working alongside a team of Resourcing Managers, this role plays an instrumental part in ensuring an excellent experience for potential senior level hires to the business at Partner level.
Duties will include:
- Market mapping Partner talent in the sector
- Liaising with senior level internal stakeholders to support with sign off for roles and resourcing process management
- Coordinating interviews and assessments with senior external stakeholders and colleagues
- Updating and managing the ATS system
- Overseeing projects from end to end
- Ad hoc administration and organisational support to the Resourcing Managers
The ideal person for this role will have:
- Prior recruitment or executive search experience either in an administrative or fee earning role
- Experience of, or demonstrable understanding of the Legal Sector (this could be via career experience or education)
- A proactive, engaging and positive attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English with a high level of attention to detail
Whilst this role is being recruited as a 12 month FTC initially, there is scope for a longer term opportunity within the team. The company offers outstanding benefits and a discretionary annual bonus. They operate a hybrid working policy: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
