A growing education consultancy is looking for a Client Manager to join the team on a maternity cover basis. If you thrive on building relationships and delivering a truly personalised service, this one's for you.
The role:
- Manage end-to-end placements, working closely with the wider team to ensure the best possible match for each client
- Deliver a bespoke, high-touch client experience throughout the service journey
- Develop and manage ongoing client relationships
- Oversee monthly reports
- Manage client feedback, rate reviews and any complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information
- Promote and coordinate additional and complementary services across the client base
About you:
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within a service-led or education environment
- Confident managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
