Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a first-class experience from arrival Booking travel and assisting with itineraries Providing administrative and operational support to the Office Manager Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office Ideally you will have prior experience as a Receptionist or Front of House Coordinator in a fast paced corporate environment.
