A leading global finance firm is looking for a warm, professional Receptionist to be the face of their London office. If you thrive on first impressions and keeping a fast-paced front desk running like clockwork, this could be your next move.

The role:

• As Receptionist, you'll act as the first point of contact for clients, staff and visitors
• Welcoming and directing visitors, and maintaining security sign-in procedures
• Managing meeting room bookings and diary coordination
• Organising refreshments and occasional working lunches
• Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls
• Booking couriers and taxis, and handling incoming mail and packages
• Keeping the reception area immaculate and adhering to shift patterns

About you:

• Previous reception experience in a similar, fast-paced environment
• 5* service background (hotel, cabin crew, or similar) preferred
• Warm, confident and personable communication style with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Highly organised, proactive self-starter able to work autonomously
• Comfortable using MS Office and room-booking systems
• Flexible, resilient and adaptable with a positive attitude
