Job Description
PA/Office Manager working for a boutique Property Investment and Development Agency in the West End, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work with a fantastic entrepreneurial small team, in a varied and busy administrative role. The hours are 9.30-6pm Mon-Thurs, with an early finish on Fridays and the option to work from home one or two days a week. It is well suited to a highly organised, tech savvy and personable PA/OM/Admin Assistant looking for regular hours to fit in with work/life balance.Â

As the sole support in a small office you will be the go-to for all office administration, providing PA support to the Founder, and ad hoc administration to 3 members of the team. This will include commercial duties such as updating property lists and sales pipeline on their CRM and Excel, creating marketing material and property brochures, and maintaining company Socials and Website. You will also be the point of contact for all office supplies, driving efficient processes in the Office of which you'll have full ownership. PA duties will include diary and inbox management for the CEO as well as dictation, and travel, accommodation and diary support for the team. This role will be client facing managing relationships on behalf of the team and building relationships with key stakeholders.Â

You will be working with energetic, driven and fun individuals in this team who are great to work with, they have high expectations and need someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything. Given the size of the company there isn't huge scope for progression so this role is well suited to someone who is a self-starter and able to match their energy, but who is happy to commit to the role long term. It would also be well suited to someone looking to return to work post maternity leave or equivalent.

It is essential that you are fully proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe (ideally) and CRM systems, with prior experience in a team support role. Experience with audio typing is beneficial, but a quick typing speed is essential for the dictation aspect.
