An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, multilingual Executive Assistant (German, English and a good level of French) to provide high-level right-hand support to a charming and philanthropic HNWI across his private affairs, international property interests and charitable activities.
The Principal divides his time predominantly between London and Berlin and runs an established charitable Foundation with links to a wider network of charities and philanthropic initiatives globally.
This is a highly varied and trusted position requiring an EA who can operate confidently across both professional and private matters. One day may involve preparing documentation for a Foundation trustee meeting and coordinating with senior international stakeholders, while another may involve arranging complex travel, managing personal appointments or liaising with agents regarding the Principal’s property portfolio.
The successful EA will become a key point of contact for the Principal and will need to be highly organised, discreet, intelligent and adaptable, with the confidence to anticipate requirements and take ownership without requiring constant direction.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant who has previously supported a HNWI, entrepreneur, Founder or similar on an international stage. You will be comfortable operating in an environment where the boundaries between executive, philanthropic and private support naturally overlap and where priorities can change quickly. The successful candidate will be someone who genuinely enjoys being a right hand: proactive, resourceful and willing to turn their hand to whatever is required.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience supporting a private individual
- Strong Executive Assistant experience within a demanding, international environment
- Experience supporting both professional and private matters
- An understanding of the charity, Foundation or philanthropic sector would be highly advantageous
- Experience coordinating board, trustee or senior-level meetings
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- Fluent written and spoken German is essential
- Strong conversational French is required
You will be required to travel occasionally with the Principal so it is essential that you are flexible with the hours you work.
