EA - Project Manager in City of London

Unique opportunity for an ambitious PA or business/client support specialist to step into a Project Management role working for an award winning Executive Search firm in London's West End. This role does not require prior sector experience.

The role includes:

• Attending client briefings and catch up calls, acting as an extension of the team to ensure key milestones are met
• Overseeing senior level external stakeholderexperience (often board level)from end to end, scheduling interviews, assessments and ensuring they have a white glove experience.
• Ensuring all documents send out to clients and candidates are in the appropriate format
• Managing the invoicing process alongside reporting
• EA duties to the Lead Partner including diary management, events, travel, prep for meetings and expenses
• Providing strategic support throughout search processes

We are looking for:

• Someone bright, confident and engaging, with a drive to progress their career in a fast paced, corporate environment
• At least 3 years experience in a fast paced professional setting
• It is essential that you have worked within or supported a client facing team
• Ideally degree educated or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoke English and strong IT skills
