Revenue Protection Officer – Seeka
About the Role
Join our Metering team and help protect revenue by investigating, detecting, and preventing gas and electricity theft in residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for ensuring safe installations, collecting evidence, and collaborating with suppliers on next steps.
Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, we enable essential energy services across electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. Our Metering team provides efficient services for gas, electricity, and water meters, installing, maintaining, and managing meters to ensure accurate billing.
What will you be doing?
- Investigate, detect, and prevent gas and electricity theft.
- Ensure safe installations and coordinate with suppliers for further action.
- Collect and present evidence to clients to support decision‑making.
- Perform debt recovery activities and carry out metering tasks such as installing SMART meters or de‑energising/disconnecting supplies.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity, remaining calm in challenging situations.
- Receive training to become a qualified dual‑fuel engineer if joining on a non‑technical or single‑fuel basis.
What you’ll bring
- Valid UK driving licence with less than 6 points.

Salary
- Single fuel – £36,431 per annum (full‑time)
- Single fuel (3 phase/CT) – £37,515 per annum (full‑time)
- Dual fuel – £42,285 plus £2k attendance and safety bonus per annum (full‑time)
- Dual fuel (3 phase/CT) – £43,370 plus £2k attendance and safety bonus per annum (full‑time)
- Candidates joining on a single fuel basis will be required to upskill to dual fuel. The salaries stated above apply during the initial training period and will increase to £42,28 upon full qualification at the dual fuel level.
