We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within ourMeteringteam, youll join the leading provider of metering services and data collection in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.
Our meter engineers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored. We leverage our industry expertise and data insight capabilities to create solutions that fit the needs of our customers.
What will you be doing?
As In-Day Operations Manager, youll lead and develop a high-performing back office support team, championing operational excellence and embedding continuous improvement across every process. You\’ll collaborate with planning and performance teams to ensure service level agreements are met and our teams are fully equipped to deliverevery single day.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and motivating the back office support team to drive field performance and reduce cost of loss
- Reporting against key performance indicators and service targets
- Reviewing operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
- Making proactive, evidence-based decisions to improve delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational readiness
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulatory standards, and safety procedures
- Coaching and developing your team to exceed expectations in engagement and performance
- To ensure the Commissioning Helpdesk is operating efficiently and managed in line with detailed KPIs
- To ensure all industry SLA\’s are met in relation to data capture
