You’ll be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the crème de la crème of the DeepTech world!
- Example 1: LLM/TTS partnered since 5 months old, now worth >$3bil
- Example 2: AI App-Builder $0 to $30mil ARR in under 120 days
Due to the success had placing over 150+ engineers with one of their clients, they are on a rolling £300K annual retainer with them as they look to scale to 500 engineers!
Although this will be a 360 position, their actual struggle is not having enough staff to take on the amount of jobs they have, and are looking for top recruiters to plug directly into the world’s most impressive DeepTech businesses to place the TOP 1% across AI & Engineering.
They are split into 3 core divisions:
- Engineering – Hire across Golang, Python, Typescript, React, Node.js, Rust.
Logistics of the role:
- Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be flex depending on individual).
- No threshold or desk fee, with commissions starting at 25% flat and tiering up to 55%.
- The earning potential here is significant when their average fee is £40K-60K, with their highest on record being £300k!
